- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required 2. Cases: Cardiac/hemodynamic monitoring, arterial line management, care of ventilated patients, titrate cardiac and vasoactive drips 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS required; PALS also listed 4. License: Active Virginia State or Compact RN license required; pending license accepted only if candidate holds single-state license from non-compact state 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12s, 6:45p-7:15a; may be required to float to Med Surg and other Carilion locations 8. RTO: All requests must be included with submission 9. Returning Staff: Previous employees must be gone minimum one year before returning; after working 365 days on assignment, cannot return despite separation period (effective July 1, 2025) 10.
