RTO: No RTO permitted during first two weeks; maximum 7 days per 13-week contract; must be included at submittal 9. Returning Staff: Must be separated from MedStar employment for minimum one year before returning as traveler 10. Travel/Local: 60-mile local radius; locals accepted at lower rate 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Facility-specific Sitel modules must be completed within one week of signing contract; average 12 hours duration; billable up to 4 hours 13.
