Requirements
- Required certification: Home Health Care
- 1+ years of experience
- Active California RN license required before start
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years of HH experience with high volume case loads required, no exceptions 2. Cases: 5-6 patients per day; start of care (expect 3 starts in 12 hours), wound care 6-7 patients, heart failure patients 3. Certifications: BLS required 4. License: CA license must be in hand at time of submittal, no pending licenses accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Not specified 7. Shifts/Call: Weekend required every 4 weeks, on-call required, must start at 0800
