- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years preferred; will consider 1 year nurses on case by case basis 2. Cases: Adult Home Health, wound care, IV antibiotics, trach care, wound vacs, PICC lines and Portacath, education 3. Certifications: BLS required 4. License: Pending state license accepted; must obtain prior to starting 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Recent EPIC experience preferred but not required to submit; charting system experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Monday-Friday 0800-1700; no on-call required; patient ratio of 5; 6 visits per day 8.
