- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2+ years of Home Health experience required 2. Cases: Adult Home Health and Home Infusion; average 6 visits per day covering 25 mile radius including rural areas 3. Certifications: BLS required 4. License: Active Virginia State or Compact RN license required; pending license accepted only if candidate holds single-state license from non-compact state 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC and OASIS assessment experience required 7. Shifts/Call: M-F 8a-5p; no weekend requirement; facility can call off 1 shift per 2 weeks 8. RTO: All requests must be included with submission and approved by facility at time of booking 9. Returning Staff: Previous employees must be gone minimum one year before returning as traveler; after working 365 days on assignment, cannot return despite separation period (effective July 1, 2025) 10. Travel/Local: Locals under 100 miles accepted with restrictions - 0-49.9 miles get $5 less bill rate, 50-99.9 miles same rate, both limited to one 13-week contract with no extension eligibility 11.
