- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; must support at least 2 years of experience in the previous 3 years 2. Cases: Home health cases including wound care, CHF, diabetes, HTN, cancer, infection, joint replacement 3. Certifications: BLS required; L&D RNs require C-EFM NCC certification at time of submittal 4. License: MD license required (or compact license for MD locations); DC license required for DC locations 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: OASIS E and HCHB Point care EMR experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 5x8 day shifts 0800-1700; no weekend or call requirements 8. RTO: No RTO permitted during first two weeks; no more than 7 days per 13-week contract; must be included at submittal 9. Returning Staff: Must have been separated from MedStar for minimum one year before returning as traveler 10. Travel/Local: 60-mile radius; locals accepted at lower rate; candidate address must match driver's license 11. Background: Not specified 12.
