- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required 2. Cases: Adult home health and home infusion experience required 3. Certifications: BLS required; copies required with submission 4. License: Valid state license required (pending accepted but must have in-hand Wednesday before start date); Nursys verification required for submittal 5. Education: BSN preferred 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 5x8s 08:00-17:00; no call or weekends required; willing to help weekends is a plus 8. RTO: Up to 40 hours guaranteed per 13-week contract; no additional requests approved after acceptance 9. Returning Staff: Must inform Client Delivery Manager if previously employed at University of Virginia Health system; permanent staff and internal travelers must be separated one year and approved by leadership; external travelers cannot work more than 365 days regardless of separation 10. Travel/Local: Select units have 50-mile travel restriction; locals not accepted for specific listed units; can bill mileage at federal rate 11. Background: Must inform Client Delivery Manager if aware of background hits 12. Modules: Non-billable up to 16 hours; completed during orientation; vary by specialty; recorded in Workday 13.
