- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required 2. Cases: Variety, transfer traumas; willing to work fast-track, triage, high acuity patients 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH, PALS required; TNCC preferred; ACLS required by compliance deadline for all RNs 4. License: Valid state license required at submission; Illinois license required (not compact state); MO license or compact license for Missouri 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC charting system; EPIC experience required for certain units 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12s 1845-0715; every other weekend required; no on-call 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days per 13-week contract; no RTO first week; must be specified at submittal and cannot be changed 9. Returning Staff: Permanent employees must wait 1 year before returning as traveler; standard travelers can stay 18 months then take 3-month break 10. Travel/Local: 75-mile radius rule; no local candidates accepted within 75 miles 11. Background: No medical marijuana cards accepted 12. Modules: Billable up to 16 hours at $20/hr; completed pre-start through WorkRamp; must start within 1 week of contract signing and complete 2 Fridays before start date 13.
