- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years minimum required in ER of equivalent size (40+ bed ER, 200+ visits/day) 2. Cases: Adults and children 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC required (must be willing to obtain if offered); also NIHSS, NRP 4. License: Pending license accepted with submission, must be active before start 5.
