Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years nursing experience required 2. Cases: Medical and post-surgical care for cardiac, vascular, and thoracic patient populations including open heart surgery, TAVR, thoracotomy, heart catheterization, pacemaker implantation, and vascular procedures 3. Certifications: RN State License and/or Compact State Licensure, BCLS, ACLS, NIHSS required 4. License: Pending license okay with submission, must be in-hand prior to start 5. Education: BSN preferred 6. EMR: Epic experience required/preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 Nights 1900-0700, 4:1 patient ratio nights, 4 weekends per 6 week schedule 8. RTO: Required with submission, two pre-approved time off periods 9. Returning Staff: Employees must be gone for one year before returning as a traveler 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius, locals accepted at reduced/lower rate 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: 4 hours non-billable, completed during orientation via MyPath, factored in NBO 13.
