Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required (hardstop requirement); at least 1 year required for submission 2. Cases: Stroke, STEMI, Chest pain, abd pain, Trauma, NSTEMI, shortness of breath, asthma, GU complaints, headaches, sore throat, lacerations 3. Certifications: ACLS, PALS, BLS, NIHSS, TNCC required 4. License: Compact license must be in hand at submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 6 weekend shifts per six weeks; no on-call required; 1:3 patient ratios 8. RTO: 7 days maximum; must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Xmas Eve, Xmas Day, NYE, NYD); must request all RTO upfront during submittal 9. Returning Staff: Can return after 3 months; must disclose previous Providence facility employment with locations and dates 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile local radius; locals accepted at lower bill rate; can only submit to 1 Providence facility at a time 11. Background: Facility does not accept Nursys or background hits 12. Modules: Non-billable, average 16 hours; completed pre-start and annually; over 20 hours requires PM approval; self-reported completion recorded in Workramp transcripts 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required 14. Scrubs: Solid navy blue uniforms required for RNs 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16. Special Equipment: BiPAP/CPAP management, ventilated patient care, central line care/management required Critical: Must have charge experience preferred; Level II Trauma Center experience preferred; may float between sister facilities; 2 references covering 1 year within last 3 years required.
