- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required 2. Cases: LTC Experience required; Accuchecks, Implanted Glucose Sensors, Peg Tube feedings, Duopa Pumps, IV hydration prn, Phlebotomy lab draws, Peritoneal dialysis, Respiratory treatments, Wound Care 3. Certifications: BLS required; Alaska Food Worker Certification required (obtained during orientation, $10 fee) 4. License: Alaska RN license required in hand for submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: ECS charting system; Epic experience mentioned in submittal details 7. Shifts/Call: 4x12 or 3x12 Variable shifts; No on-call required; Float within facility required 8. RTO: Maximum 1 week for 13-week contract, 2 weeks for 26-week contract; Must work 2 of 3 major Winter holidays; All RTO must be sent with submittal 9. Returning Staff: Permanent staff must be separated minimum 3 months to return as traveler; Travelers maximum 1 calendar year assignment, then 6-month break required 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius requirement; No locals accepted 11. Background: Not specified 12.
