- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 3 years ER experience required 2. Cases: Not specified 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, CPI, PALS, NIH required; Advanced EKG exam required for ED specialty 4. License: State or compact licensure required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required for all RN specialties 7. Shifts/Call: Weekend coverage required every other weekend; holidays required; float to all Harnett Health locations; no on-call required 8. RTO: Maximum 4 days; only 1 holiday approved; per manager's discretion 9. Returning Staff: Must be gone 1 year to return as traveler; 2 contract limit for days, 3 contract limit for nights, then must wait 6 months before reapplying 10. Travel/Local: Locals not accepted within 50-mile radius from main campus 11. Background: No hits approved that occurred within the last year 12.
