Requirements

- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission 2. Cases: PA catheter interpretation and analysis required; open heart recovery direct from OR strongly preferred; LVAD/RVAD/Impella, IABP required; CRRT with Prismaflex and ECMO preferred 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS required; copies required at submission including Nursys or Allied License verifications 4. License: License in hand preferred; otherwise traveler must apply for MN license through Aya project at time offer is accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic/Excellian experience required; Epic experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 Days; every other weekend; no on-call required; will float through ICU community (CVICU, Med/Surg ICU, and Neuro ICU) 8. RTO: Ideally no more than 5 days 9. Returning Staff: Traveler must be gone 3 months from last shift worked as Perm (Staff or Per Diem) 10. Travel/Local: 100 mile radius; locals not accepted 11. Background: Cannot proceed if there is an open case; all hits reviewed during compliance process 12. Modules: Pre-start modules required (average 8 hours); $150 stipend provided; onsite Epic/Excellian classes are billable 13. Travel Experience: Travel experience required; first-timers not accepted 14. Scrubs: Navy Blue 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16. Special Equipment: PRISMA Flex, Temporary Pacemakers, Heart Mate 2 & 3, Centra Mag, Impella, Balloon Pump Critical: Must have experience with specialized cardiac equipment and procedures. Fingerprinting required with potential 1-4 week processing time. One supervisor reference minimum required at submission.
