Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required 2. Cases: PA catheter interpretation and analysis required; open heart recovery direct from OR strongly preferred; LVAD/RVAD/Impella, IABP required; CRRT with Prismaflex and ECMO preferred 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS required; copies required at submission 4. License: License in hand preferred; otherwise must apply for MN license through Aya project when offer accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic/Excellian required; Epic experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 Days, 1:2 ratio; every other weekend required; no on-call; will float through ICU community (CVICU, Med/Surg ICU, Neuro ICU) 8. RTO: Ideally no more than 5 days 9. Returning Staff: Must be gone 3 months from last shift worked as permanent staff or per diem 10. Travel/Local: 100 mile radius required; locals not accepted except for Radiology positions 11. Background: Cannot proceed if open case; all hits reviewed during compliance; fingerprinting required 12. Modules: Pre-start modules required, average 8 hours, $150 stipend provided; onsite Epic/Excellian classes billable 13. Travel Experience: Yes, required 14. Scrubs: Navy Blue 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16. Special Equipment: PRISMA Flex, Temporary Pacemakers, Heart Mate 2 & 3, Centra Mag, Impella, Balloon Pump Critical: First-timers not accepted. One supervisor reference minimum required at submission. Compliance deadline is Monday prior to start. Fingerprinting must be completed promptly as results can take 1 day to 3-4 weeks.
