- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years consecutive pediatric experience required, non-negotiable; DIRECT pediatric Cath Lab experience required 2. Cases: Daily caseload per tech 7-20; pediatric congenital patients; structural heart background including TAVR, mitral clips, ASD, PFOs required 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, CCI RCIS required; Pass/Fail EKG exam (3 attempts) 4. License: FL license or compact license required at time of submittal 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner charting experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10s, 06:30-17:00; on-call required as needed; no weekend requirement 8. RTO: BayCare does not allow any RTO in contracts 9. Returning Staff: Permanent employees must wait at least 1 year before returning; return travelers only allowed in ICU, MICU, CVICU, ED, PCU, and MS/Tele specialties; must have completed contract within last year since 7/1/2022 10. Travel/Local: 100-mile radius rule; traveler must live at least 100 miles from facility; locals not accepted 11. Background: Not specified 12.
