- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required 2. Cases: Skilled in cardiac cath lab procedures (LHC, RHC, PCI, PTCA, stent placement, atherectomy, temp pacer, Impella, IABP, TAVR, Watchman, Mitraclip) 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, ARRT(R) or CCI RCIS required 4. License: Virginia state license preferred for ARRT(R); any active state license accepted; CCI RCIS requires no license 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10s (7:30a-6p), 1x8 (7:30a-4p); 7 on-call shifts and 5 late shifts per 6-week period; one full weekend call required; must return within 30 minutes when called 8. RTO: All requests must be included with submission 9. Returning Staff: Previous employees must be gone minimum one year; after 365 days worked, cannot return despite separation period (effective July 1, 2025) 10.
