Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 2 years in Cath Lab, Structural Heart and EP required 2. Cases: 3 cases per room; Cardiac cath and intervention, structural heart (TAVR/Mitraclip/Watchman), peripheral vascular angiography and intervention, EP ablations and device implants 3. Certifications: BLS, ARRT, Fluoro Permit, ACLS, CA CRT required; copies required at submission 4. License: Valid CA License required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Allscripts preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10's Days 0700-1730, 6-8 days per month (4-5 weekdays & 1 weekend) 8. RTO: Should be submitted prior to start of contract 9. Returning Staff: Case by case basis, will need to be reviewed by facility 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same rate 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: 8 hours clinical and 2 hours non-clinical, billable, required pre-start, recorded via transcripts 13. Travel Experience: Accepts first time travelers 14. Scrubs: Provided 15.
