- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; Structural Heart Scrub experience required; TAVR, MitraClip, CTO, and Watchman experience within past 6 months required 2. Cases: Balloon Angioplasty, PCI, Stents, Thrombectomy, Impella insertion, Left & Right Heart Catheterization, Rotablader required; Complex PCI procedures 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS required; must have at least one: RCIS OR ARRT 4. License: NC or Compact license required in hand at time of start 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC most common 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10-hour days 07:00-17:30 Monday-Friday; Weekend call required with 9-11 days in 6-week schedule with 1-2 weekends; Float requirement rare 8. RTO: Can auto approve 7 days or less if not on holiday; more requires facility approval; must work 2 out of 3 major holidays; no RTO during first week due to orientation; RTO after booking NOT allowed 9. Returning Staff: Previous Novant Health/New Hanover employees must wait 12 months; rehire approval needed; must disclose previous employment 10. Travel/Local: Under 50 miles offered lower local rate; first time travelers accepted 11. Background: Not specified 12.
