Requirements

- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission 2. Cases: Cardiac catheterization, PCI, atherectomy, vascular diagnostic and interventional procedures required; cardiac stent placement, diagnostic catheterizations, IABP placement/removal, Impella insertion, left/right heart catheterization, PCI, PTCA, rotablader athrectomy, temporary pacemaker required; electrophysiology studies preferred 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, ARRT required; must be obtained by compliance deadline 4. License: Valid state license required at submission; Missouri requires MO license or compact license; Illinois requires license in hand at submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC experience required for certain units 7. Shifts/Call: Days with some evening/overnight; weekend and holiday call required; every other weekend required 8. RTO: 7 days maximum per 13-week contract; no RTO first week; must be on submittal 9. Returning Staff: Permanent employees must wait 1 year before returning as traveler 10. Travel/Local: 75-mile radius rule; no local candidates accepted within 75 miles 11. Background: No medical marijuana cards accepted 12. Modules: Billable up to 16 hours at $20/hr; completed pre-start through WorkRamp; must be completed 2 Fridays prior to start date 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required 14. Scrubs: Provided by hospital 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required with medical/religious exemptions only 16.
