Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission 2. Cases: Cardiac catheterization procedures including left heart cath, PCI, pacemakers, ICDs, ASD PFO closures, ablations; vascular experience required including AIF, stents, fistulas, TEE, TILTS, cardioversions 3. Certifications: BCLS and ACLS required; ACLS must be obtained by compliance deadline 4. License: Valid state license required at submission; MO license or compact license required; Illinois license required at submission (not compact state) 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred; Epic is charting system throughout BJC 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10 hour shifts 0630-1700; evening, weekend, and holiday call required; 10 shifts/month 24/7 on-call; weekend call coverage every 4-5 weeks 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days per 13-week contract; no RTO first week; must be on submittal 9. Returning Staff: Permanent employees must wait 1 year before returning as traveler; 18-month maximum stay with 3-month break required 10. Travel/Local: 75-mile radius rule; no locals accepted 11. Background: No medical marijuana cards accepted 12. Modules: Billable up to 16 hours at $20/hr; completed pre-start through WorkRamp; must start within 1 week of contract and complete 2 Fridays before start date 13. Travel Experience: First-timers accepted 14. Scrubs: Navy blue provided by hospital 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required with medical/religious exemptions only 16. Special Equipment: Volcano system (IFR and IVUS) strongly preferred; radial access TR bands experience preferred; sheath pulls required Critical: Must float between Memorial Belleville and Memorial East/Shiloh. Labs must be completed within 48-72 hours of signing. References preferred at submittal.
