- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 1 year experience required; 18 months general experience if not otherwise specified 2. Cases: Interventional Cardiac Cath lab experience required; diagnostic catheterizations adult, left heart catheterization, right heart catheterization, pulmonary artery line/Swan Ganz monitoring 3. Certifications: ACLS and BLS required; must be AHA or Red Cross only (RQI cards not accepted) 4. License: Must have active IL license in hand at submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 Days (0630-1900); on-call required as needed; will work 2-3 weekends per contract 8. RTO: Ideally no more than 5 days; auto-approve 5 or less days non-holiday RTO; must work 2 out of 3 major holidays 9. Returning Staff: Previous permanent/PRN candidates must be separated for 12 months before applying as traveler 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted for all units except OR RN (must be 50+ miles for OR specialty) 11. Background: Background check hits must be noted upon submission for approval prior to offer 12. Modules: Non-billable up to 16 hours; completed pre-start, renewed annually; strict deadlines (4PM CST Day 1) 13. Travel Experience: First-timers accepted 14. Scrubs: Provided by facility 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required (medical/religious exemptions only) 16. Special Equipment: Procedural sedation administration/monitoring equipment Critical: Must float within hospital or to affiliate hospitals. Guaranteed hours allow up to 36 hours call-off per 13-week assignment. Compliance requirements must be completed within 1 week of signing contract.
