Requirements

- Active California RN license required before start
- Unit Notes:Med Sol prescreens and manager will interview need 2 sup refs from modality submitting to (charge accepted) at submittal; 1 w/in 12 mo. & 1 w/in 3 years worked Candidates may not have been directly employed (full time, part time, or PRN) by any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity within the past year. Candidates who were employed PRN through outside firms will be considered. ***PRIOR TO SIGNING THE CONTRACT, THE DYS EXAM THROUGH UNA IS REQUIRED AND MUST BE COMPLETED WITHIN 24-48 HRS. IT S PASS OR FAIL AND THEY GET 2 ATTEMPTS (TEST A SHOULD BE ASSIGNED FIRST, TEST B SHOULD BE ASSIGNED FOR THE RETAKE). A SCREENSHOT SHOWING THE NUMBER OF ATTEMPTS IS REQUIRED. **We can accept the Relias Dys exam within the last 12mo if the traveler has previously taken** If your traveler fails the 2nd attempt, they will be made DNU for CommonSpirit AZ and Sac **SCRUB EXPERIENCE is HIGHLY Preferred** **SCRUB EXPERIENCE is HIGHLY Preferred** Questions to ask the candidate: -do they scrub? -when was the last time the scrubbed? -how long have they scrubbed? -what cases do they scrub? Shift: 7a-7:30p + call Call Required: one night per week and up to every other weekend - Unit: Cath Lab **SCRUB EXPERIENCE is HIGHLY Preferred** - Radiation badge is required - supplied by agency - # of Rooms: 3 - Certs & Licensure: BLS, ACLS - Cases: 3000 per year - EMR: Cerner, Merge Hemodynamics for Cath Lab documentation - Techs: Yes. Can either be CV Techs or Rad Techs with Cath lab experience - Weekend & Holiday Requirement: Up to every other weekend - Scrubs: Provided - Hospitalist or Intensivist in house: Intensivist - IV Team: Yes - RT 24/7: Yes - Pharmacy 24/7: Yes - Shifts: 3, 12 hour shifts - Floor specific orientation: 2 shifts - Common diagnosis / Types of patients: Diagnostic and interventional cardiac cath (high acuity). TAVR and Mitraclip procedures. Some peripheral vascular. Chest Pain center accredited. STEMI tertiary referral center. Rotablator, IVUS, Shockwave, Impella, Balloon Pump Cancellation Policy:Hospital can cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment, 3 shifts for assignments that are less than 13 weeks Charting System:Cerner BSN Required:False License to Submit:Yes Trauma Level: Care Setting:Acute Division:Nursing Shift Notes:12hr Days 0700-1930 + required call, EOW, First to Float Required Certifications:ACLS, BLS Certification, NIHSS
