- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission 2. Cases: Watchman Procedures, Balloon Angioplasties, PCU, Stents, Thrombectomy Cardiac/Neuro, Coil Embolization, Filter Placement, Pacemaker/Defib Device Placement, Impella Insertions, Left & Right Heart Cath, Rotablader, TAVI/TAVR, Ablation, Cardiac Mapping, Cardio Versing, Conductions Studies, Electrophysiology Evals, & AICSs 3. Certifications: ACLS & BLS required 4. License: Valid LA License required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Call required every 4th day and 1 weekend per month; Weekend requirements: Yes 8. RTO: One pre-approved time off 9. Returning Staff: Any Permanent Employee at any LCMC facility must be gone for at least 1 year to be considered for travel 10. Travel/Local: Must live more than 75 miles away from facility or it is a "local rate" 11. Background: Not specified 12.
