Requirements

- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; must have MS and inpatient hematology oncology experience (1 year minimum); must meet experience requirements within the 3 most recent years with at least 1 year of current specialty experience 2. Cases: Must have experience with Leukemia/Blood Dyscrasias, Lymphoma/Non-Hodgkins lymphoma, Multiple Myeloma 3. Certifications: BLS required, Chemo (ONS/ONCC) required, ACLS preferred 4. License: Valid compact or state license in hand at time of submission 5. Education: Must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 12HR D/N rotating shifts or 12HR night shifts; may float to other MedSurg Oncology units 8. RTO: Pre-approved time off limited to one; RTO required with submission and must be built into contract 9. Returning Staff: Former employees eligible for travel assignment once away from facility for 6 months or more; current employees ineligible 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same rate 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: 72 orientation hours 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required 14. Scrubs: Not mentioned 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - Medical Exemptions Only 16.
