- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years of acute care experience within the last 3 years in the specialty required 2. Cases: ICU experience required; Trauma Level II experience required; Trauma Level I experience preferred 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS required - AHA ONLY; PALS; WI RN or compact RN license required; must be in hand at submittal 4. License: WI RN or compact RN license must be in hand at submittal 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Evening/Night 12 hr shifts between 1900-0730; weekend coverage required; patient ratios 2:1 days, nights, and weekends 8. RTO: Generally no more than 2 weeks off in a contract; if more than 1 week consecutive, Vaya will add 1 week at end of contract 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10.
