Epic Travel Staffing Leadership Recognized in SIA Global Power 150 Women in Staffing

These women are recognized for their achievements in driving industry innovation, enhancing client and candidate experiences, and championing diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts. The list highlights the remarkable women who have not only excelled in their roles but have also become agents of change in an ever-evolving industry.

Empowering Growth, Innovation, and Community: Emmy Drouillard’s Impact on Epic Travel Staffing and the Industry

Emmy Drouillard’s inclusion on the Global Power 150 list is a testament to her exceptional contributions to Epic Travel Staffing since she joined the company in 2017. As EVP, she has led the organization to a 37% revenue growth through organic expansion and played a pivotal role in the launch of new travel staffing services, including cardiovascular and oncology staffing. Emmy’s forward-thinking approach continues to elevate Epic Travel Staffing, with her latest innovation being the development of a new lead-sourcing pilot position to support senior recruiters.

In addition to her work at Epic Travel Staffing, Emmy serves on the board of directors for the National Association of Travel Healthcare Organizations (NATHO) and has dedicated over 27 years to volunteering with the San Pedro Peninsula YMCA.
