- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 3 years required; minimum 2 years experience in specialty applying for 2. Cases: Wound vacs, pressure injury evals, medical device related injuries, braden score evaluations, osteomyelitis, skin tears, new colostomy; diagnoses from critical care/surgical, medical, progressive care, Med/Onc/Ortho, surgical trauma/progressive, burn adult, burn ICU 3. Certifications: BLS required; Wound Care Certification from ABWM or NAWCO required in hand (pending wound certification option only if very strong wound care/ostomy skills); WCC, WOCN certifications listed 4. License: AZ or Compact license required; must have license in hand to submit 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Weekend coverage required every other; 0700-1730 with some weekend coverage; block scheduling not allowed for nursing 8. RTO: One pre-approved time off 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Local candidates 75 miles or less; lower rate for locals 11. Background: Must disclose any background hits/license hits at time of submission 12. Modules: Billable up to 8 hours; completed onsite or at home pre-start and annually; recorded by facility 13. Travel Experience: Not required 14. Scrubs: Not mentioned 15.
