Requirements

- Active California RN license required before start
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years hospital experience required (hard stop); first time travelers accepted with 5+ years experience 2. Cases: Surgical, chronic, or trauma wounds 3. Certifications: BLS required, ACLS preferred, Wound Care Certification OR WOCN required (must have - do not screen without) 4. License: CA license must be in hand 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience highly preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 8 hours, block schedule M-W with flexibility M-Sat, no Sundays, no call required 8. RTO: Must be included at time of submission; 7 days for offers; must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, NYE, NYD) 9. Returning Staff: Can return after 3 months; must disclose previous Providence facility work 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius rule; locals accepted at lower rate 11. Background: Must disclose license/background hits at submission; no open license hits approved 12. Modules: Non-billable, average 16 hours; completed pre-start and annually; over 20 hours requires PM approval 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required 14. Scrubs: RNs wear navy blue 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16.
