Shift: Days, 8a-4:30p, 8×5, 40hrs per week, Every 3rd weekend, no call
Length: 13 weeks
Requirements:
- VA License
- 2 years of Home Health experience required
- BLS
- Must have Home Health experience
- OASIS E experience
- Oasis Charting experience

Brief Unit Description:
We serve the community by offering them in home visits for qualifying clients. We have a multiple team member approach.
Comments: This position requires the applicant to see 30 points in a week or 6 a day, complete documentation the day of and work every third weekend as part of the weekend rotation.
Experience/Skills/Education/License Requirements:
Must have HH experience, OASIS E experience, must hold a RN license and eligible to work in the state of VA. Skills include wounds, wounds vacs, Plurex, Central Lines, PICSS, lab draws, CP assessment, Be able to educate on Chronic Disease Management (COPD, CHF, DM, Pneumonia)
