- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission 2. Cases: OB/GYN, abdomen, small parts, vascular, and head/neck exams required 3. Certifications: BLS and ARDMS required prior to start date; RDCS and ARDMS RVT preferred 4. License: No pending state licenses accepted; absolutely no license hits 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 5x8 days, 8:30-5:00 pm; call required 1-2 nights per week and one weekend per month 8. RTO: Maximum 5 days per 13-week contract; no holiday RTO accepted 9. Returning Staff: Must have minimum 1 year separation from INTEGRIS as employee to be eligible 10. Travel/Local: 75-mile radius rule; locals not eligible; floating required within scope and to sister facilities up to 75 miles 11. Background: Valid driver's license and utility bill required; address must be greater than 75 miles from facility 12. Modules: 2-8 hours average; clinical modules non-billable, non-clinical modules billable; completed during orientation 13. Travel Experience: First-timers not accepted 14. Scrubs: Not mentioned 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required with medical/religious exemptions only 16. Special Equipment: Canon Aplio 300 ultrasound equipment Critical: Two supervisory references required. No block scheduling. One submittal allowed per traveler to all INTEGRIS campuses.
