Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel – Ultrasound Tech – General

Shift: Variable Days / 7a-3:30p, 8a-4:30p, 8×5, 40hrs per week
Length: 13 weeks

Call: Call coverage Monday-Friday from 9pm-6am. Rotation among all day staff. Weekend call coverage as needed 630pm-6am

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in ULT/Sonographer capacity
• Will accept 1st time travelers as long as they have 2 years of ULT experience
• Experience in general/abdomen required
• Experience in non high risk OB/GYN required
• Experience in vascular required
• Experience in: abdomen, small parts, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd trimester OB (non high-risk) for dating, measurements, BPPs, and fetal anatomy scans, transabdominal and transvaginal gynecologic imaging, upper and lower venous doppler, lower arterial doppler, ABIs, Aorta duplex, Carotid arterial doppler, and hepatic and renal doppler imaging exams. 
• BLS
• ARDMS (AB) required
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Experience in assisting with fine needle aspirations, paracentesis and thoracentesis procedures is preferred, but not required. 
• ARDMS (RVT) highly preferred
• ARDMS (OB/GYN) highly preferred

• Radius rule:  50-mile rule, if local 
• Avg. # of scans/day: 15
• Types of Patients:  General, OB/GYN, and Vascular.
