Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: At least 1 year required 2. Cases: Vascular ultrasound studies and Echocardiography required - Adult Echo, Contrast Echo, and Stress Echocardiogram (Treadmill); General ultrasound, OB, Breast, transvaginal examinations 3. Certifications: ARDMS, ARDMS RVT, BLS, CCI, CCI or RDCS required 4. License: Compact license must be in hand at submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: On-call required 5pm-8am Monday-Friday, 24 hours Saturday & Sunday; weekends required on-call; all weekend shifts are call 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days; must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day); must request all RTO upfront during submittal 9. Returning Staff: Can return after 3 months; must disclose any previous work at Providence facilities 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile local radius; locals accepted at lower bill rate; can only submit to 1 Providence facility at a time 11. Background: Facility does not accept Nursys or background hits 12. Modules: Non-billable, average 16 hours; completed pre-start and annually; over 20 hours requires PM approval; self-reported completion recorded in Workramp transcripts 13.
