- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 2 years required; first time travelers OK 2. Cases: Perinatal ultrasound for high risk patients, anatomy, Dopplers, transvaginal; outpatient experience required 3. Certifications: BLS required, RDMS-OB with MFM experience required, ARDMS, ARDMS OB/GYN 4. License: License in hand required with submission 5. Education: Education verification through 3rd party required; facility will not accept education from schools on Diploma Fraud Florida Education Audit list 6. EMR: EPIC experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 4x9s days, rotates Mon-Fri variable shifts, 715a-445p; potential float to other locations; no call 8. RTO: RTO due at time of submission, RTO after submission will not be accepted; two pre-approved time off 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius; no locals accepted; submission must include current driver's license to confirm address 11. Background: Facility will not accept any open cases on background check 12.
