Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 1 year required; first time travelers OK 2. Cases: All general ultrasound studies including abdomen, renal, small parts, GYN, limited OB (for viability) and limited vascular (liver doppler & renal transplants); procedures include biopsies, FNA's, drain placements, thora's, para's; ultrasound assistance in OR for D&C's, D&E's, tandem ring placements for radiation treatment & prostate biopsies 3. Certifications: BLS required; ARDMS AB required; ARDMS OB/GYN, RDCS-RVT preferred 4. License: License in hand required with submission 5. Education: Education verification through 3rd party required; facility will not accept education from schools on Diploma Fraud Florida Education Audit list 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12s nights, 6p-6:30a, Wednesday-Friday; no call 8. RTO: RTO due at time of submission; RTO after submission will not be accepted; one pre-approved time off 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius; no locals accepted; must include current driver's license to confirm address 11. Background: Facility will not accept any open cases on background check 12. Modules: Non-billable, average 2-4 hours; completed during orientation, not included in NBO; hours vary by unit 13. Travel Experience: Not required 14. Scrubs: Not mentioned 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - medical/religious exemptions only 16.
