Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel – Echo Tech – Cardiology

Shift: Days / 7a-5p, 10×4, 40hrs per week
Length: 13 weeks

Weekend rotation: Echo techs are the only techs working the weekend and it’s 1 and 3 weekends currently. Every other weekend.
On call: 1 weeknight shift per week, 1 weekend every 4th weekend. 30 minutes response time

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of echo experience at a high acuity, fast paced facilities
• Skills required: Experience with the patient types listed above; pediatric experience preferred. Able to perform high-quality scans on a wide range of common echo patients. Quick-thinking and efficient, with good clinical judgment on when to seek support. Seeking a tech who consistently delivers high-level, quality imaging.
• BLS
• ARDMS (RCDS) or CCI (RCS)

Other Details:

• EMR: EPIC
• First-time traveler: Upon review
• Floating: Between outpatient and inpatient setting
• Patient Types: CAD, hypertension, post TAVR, TEE, pediatric patients (typically 3-4 patients/week)
