Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel – Ultrasound Tech – Echo/Sonographer

Shift: Mids, 10:30a-6:30p, 8×5, 40hrs per week, Sun-Thurs/Tues-Sat
Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

• 1 year experience
• Echocardiography experience in an inpatient hospital setting
• Experience documented by institutional referral with a minimum of 200 inpatient cases in echocardiography
• Experienced Sonographer to perform high quality Adult Echo studies as per ASE & IAC Guidelines in a premiere cardiac center
• Experience with contrast echocardiography and agitated saline studies
• Require strong, hands-on inpatient scanning experience, including the ability to perform studies in acute care environments
• AHA BLS
• ARDMS/CCI
• High School Diploma or GED required
• TEE and Stress Echo experience preferred
• Graduate of CAAHEP or ABHES Cardiovascular Technology Program preferred

Other Details:

• We are specifically prioritizing candidates whose primary focus has been echocardiography
• Familiarity with 3D echo imaging preferred
• TAVR, Mitral Clip, Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy, VAD, closure device protocols preferred
• Maintaining ICAEL-accreditation echo lab standards preferred
• Experience using Philips ie33 and Epiq systems preferred
• Familiarity with Epic hospital information system preferred
