- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission 2. Cases: Ability to perform OB/GYN, abdomen, small parts, Vascular and head/neck exams 3. Certifications: BLS, ARDMS required prior to start date; ARDMS RVT, RDCS, RDCS - RVT also listed 4. License: No license hits allowed; pending state license not accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 5X8 Days, 08:30 - 5:00 pm; call required 1-2 nights per week, one weekend per month; 3 weekend shifts per contract 8. RTO: Maximum 5 days per 13 weeks; NO HOLIDAY RTO allowed 9. Returning Staff: Minimum 1 year separation from INTEGRIS as employee required for eligibility 10. Travel/Local: 75-mile radius rule; locals not accepted; address must be greater than 75 miles from facility 11. Background: Absolutely no license hits; candidate immediately rejected if submitted with license hit 12. Modules: 2-8 hours average; billable (non-clinical) and non-billable (clinical); completed during orientation; recorded via facility report 13. Travel Experience: First-timers not accepted 14.
