Experience: 2 years required; minimum 2 years high-risk OB experience performing Detailed Anatomic ultrasound exams, Umbilical Artery and Middle Cerebral Artery Dopplers, Multiple Gestation, and Transvaginal Cervical length within a Maternal-Fetal Medicine Department; first-timers not accepted 2. Cases: High-Risk OB/GYN Patients in an Outpatient Clinic; skills required include Adult, High Risk OB, Maternal Fetal Medicine, Obstetrics, GE, PACS, Abdomen, Abdominal Circumference, Bone lengths, Cerebellum, Ventricles, Diaphragm, Duodenal Atresia/Intussusception, Fingers/Toes, Gender, Head, Heart, 1st/2nd/3rd trimester, Amniotic fluid index, Fetal Anatomical Survey, Inter/Intra-Orbital Measurements, Multiple pregnancy, Placenta Previa, Umbilical Cord Doppler, Bladder, Ovaries, Transvaginal, Uterus, Vaginal, Color Flow, Doppler Studies, M-Mode, Isolation Precautions/PPE 3. Certifications: BLS, ARDMS, ARDMS OB/GYN, ARDMS FE required; an additional AOA skills checklist must be completed prior to clinical review 4. License: Pending license not accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required; ViewPoint Reporting also noted 7.
