If clinician previously worked with Sanford, they must have an end date 6 months prior to their submission date.* MFM Sonographer All clinicians must badge in and out at facility Scrubs: Gray *This location does not accept local travelers with permanent addresses within 80 miles* 1. General job duties. Types of procedures required. Multi-modality experience, Vascular, OB/Gyn,small parts, abdomen, pediatric, 2. Equipment utilized in the unit/dept. (Is there computerized charting, medication systems, etc.) GE Loqig E9's, GE P6, EPIC, McKesson PACS, VRad 3. Required skills and minimum years of experience. 2+ years experience, patient oriented, compassionate, high quality scans 4. Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required. (ARRT, CRT, BLS, ACLS, etc) RDMS - registered in Abd, OB/GYN, or vascular ND State Licensure required. 5. Shift or schedule requirements. (Will the employee ever work alone? Is call required? If so, how often? Are weekends required?) Will work alone- call may be required-weeknights and weekends may be needed - shifts may vary -6:30am-3:00pm, 7:00am-3:30pm, 7:30am-4:00pm, 8:30am-5:00pm, 1:00pm-9:00pm 6. Floating to other units/departments. (If so, to which units/departments?) NA 7. Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept. 6 exam rooms 8. Nurse to patient ratio of this unit. (nursing only) NA 9.
