- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year experience required 2. Cases: Echocardiograms, fetal echocardiograms, and other diagnostic cardiac studies 3. Certifications: BLS required; ARDMS RDCS FE or CCI RCCS preferred; all certifications required at time of submission unless otherwise specified 4. License: Active NJ or Compact license required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Must be available to work 2 of 3 holidays; patient ratios vary based on census and staffing 8. RTO: Screenshot of candidate confirming RTO schedule requests required upon submission; requests with less than 7 days RTO and no holiday time off prioritized; RTO requested after offer will NOT be accommodated 9. Returning Staff: RWJBH staff must be gone from system minimum of 1 year before eligible to return for travel assignments 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at the same rate; floating required within skillset 11. Background: Open/active background hits and/or license hits NOT accepted 12. Modules: Non-billable; 4 hours EPIC training and up to 18 hours additional; RN average 18 hours, Allied average 1 hour; completed pre-start and annually 13.
