- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years minimum required; 3 years required for first-time travelers 2. Cases: Daily average surgical case volume 65-70; specialties include Spine, Ortho, Neuro, Robotic, Plastics, Recon, Burn, General, Eyes, Dental, ENT; Ortho/Totals required; Dental/Cardiovascular/Thoracic/Spine/Crani preferred 3. Certifications: CRCST or CBSPD required; IAHCSMM/HSPA also listed; references required before submitting 4. License: Must be active at time of submission; no pending licenses accepted 5. Education: HS Diploma or GED equivalent required 6. EMR: SPD Instrument Tracking (Electronic Tracking) required 7. Shifts/Call: Shift 2200-0630; weekends required; no floating; call is on weekends, up to 4 shifts per 6-week period; no scheduling requests can be accommodated 8.
