Requirements

- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 5 years previous sterile processing experience required 2. Cases: Level II Trauma experience required; serves 18 Surgical ORs, 2 L&D ORs, cath lab, and clinics with nearly all specialties including robotics 3. Certifications: Must be certified (IASCHM, CBSPD, HSPA); certification required at hire (CRCST or CSPDT) and maintained; specialty-relevant certification must be sent at submission 4. License: Oregon CNA license must be in hand at submission; Oregon RN license NOT required at submission (pending okay); Nursys/CNA license copy required (PDF format, dated within last 30 days) 5. Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred 6. EMR: Epic Charting experience is a hard stop requirement 7. Shifts/Call: M-TH 2100-0730; may float within hospital or to West Valley Hospital (15 minutes away) 8. RTO: Must be finalized at time of submittal; additional requests may result in removal or cancellation; facility does not accommodate block scheduling 9. Returning Staff: Former permanent employees may not submit to travel positions for six months after employment termination 10. Travel/Local: Travel experience required; may float to affiliate hospital; refusing to float may result in contract cancellation 11. Background: License/background hits require detailed written statement; reviewed case-by-case; ineligible for 90-day temp license waiver 12. Modules: Non-billable up to 8 hours; completed pre-start and annually; recorded by facility report; separate from NBO 13. Travel Experience: Yes, required 14. Scrubs: Not mentioned 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16.
