- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2+ years required; minimum 2 years sterile processing responsibilities in healthcare facility 2. Cases: Decontamination or staging of instruments; various surgical specialties including cardiac, neuro, orthopedics, robotics 3. Certifications: CBSPD or IAHCSMM national certification required; BLS/ACLS AHA traditional certification required (does not accept RQI) 4. License: Valid state license preferred at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required to submit 7.
