Cases: Neuro, GU, robotics, ENT, ortho, Transplant, GYN preferred; Sterilization, Decontamination, assembly/wrap SPT experience, and Scope Reprocessing required 3. Certifications: CBSPD and/or IAHCSMM/HSPA required; BLS not required 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic 7. Shifts/Call: 5x8s, 3p-11:30p; rotating weekends required; call required at least once every two months — Saturday 7:00am through Monday 7:00am 8. RTO: ALL RTO must be submitted at time of submission; no RTO approved after contract is signed; approval based on department needs 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10.
