Cases: Neuro, GU, robotics, ENT, ortho, Transplant, GYN preferred; Sterilization, Decontamination, and Assembly/Wrap SPT experience required 3. Certifications: CBSPD and/or HSPA (IAHCSMM) required; BLS not required; must hold CBSPD, IAHCSMM/HSPA, SBSPD, or IAHCSMM/HSPA per job requirements 4. License: Not specified 5.
