Experience: 2 years required; first-timers not accepted; Level 1 Trauma experience required; Sterilization, Decontamination, and Assembly/Wrap SPT experience required 2. Cases: Neuro, GU, Robotics, ENT, Ortho, Transplant, GYN preferred 3. Certifications: CBSPD and/or HSPA required; BLS not required 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6.
