Experience: 2 years required; first-timers not accepted; Level I Trauma experience required; sterilization, decontamination, and assembly/wrap SPT experience required 2. Cases: Neuro, GU, robotics, ENT, ortho, transplant, GYN preferred 3. Certifications: CBSPD and/or HSPA (IAHCSMM) required; BLS not required; must be in hand at submission 4. License: South Carolina license required; candidates with license in hand prioritized; pending license considered with proof of application or SC walk-through confirmation; traveler will not be cleared until SC license is active 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Not specified 7. Shifts/Call: 5x8s, 3p-11:30p (M-F) with holiday rotation; no weekends required; may be required to float or be permanently switched to CSC, Main, or West Campus; floating to sister facilities required; guaranteed hours allow facility to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks 8. RTO: ALL RTO must be provided at time of submission; no RTO approved after contract is signed; approval based on department needs; auto-offer eligible if 7 days or less of non-holiday RTO; 7+ days or holidays require facility approval; if vacation is planned during compliance, all labs must be completed prior to departure 9.
