- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 3 years required for submission; 1st time travelers must have minimum 3 years experience 2. Cases: Decontamination (Drills, DaVinci, scopes), assembly of all instruments across all service lines (Trauma, loaners, peel packaging), sterilization (Sterrad and steam), HLD/Scope experience, Sterile Storage, OR Liaison experience; Trauma Level II required, Trauma Level I preferred; Core Tech, Customer Service, or Liaison experience preferred 3. Certifications: CRCST or CSPDT required; CBSPD or IAHCSMM/HSPA accepted; must be current and in hand at submission 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 2nd Shift (3p-11:30p), Monday through Friday with occasional scheduled holidays; weekend shift options available (6am-6:30pm or 6pm-6:30am, Sat/Sun plus one weekday or weeknight); floating may be required between OSU locations 8.
