- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission; no first-time travelers accepted 2. Cases: Acute Hospital OR, Ear/Nose/Throat, General, Orthopedics, Plastics, Urology; Case Cart; Sets/trays assembly; High-Level Disinfection (HLD); Steam Sterilization Testing/monitoring; Immediate-use steam sterilization (IUSS); Biological and Chemical indicators 3. Certifications: CBSPD and/or IAHCSMM/HSPA required; must be in hand at submission 4. License: Pending License Accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Monday-Friday, 7:00-15:30; on-call required; weekends required; census 33 days / 7 nights/weekends; scheduling type is block 8. RTO: 7-day restriction; must be available to work major holidays (e.g., July 4th); only one pre-approved time off per contract 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10.
